Pre-care instructions:

Post Care Instructions:

Donor Site:

• Wear compression garments to heal quickly.
• Apply cold compresses to reduce bruising.
• Keep your incisions clean and dry.
• Avoid heavy weight lifting and exercises. 

Receipt Site:

• Do not touch or apply pressure to the treated area. 
• Do not apply heat because it may disrupt the fat.
• Maintain a healthy and hydrated diet. 
• Do not sit if you have taken a buttock lift
• Sleep on your back if you have augmented your breasts. 

Recovery:

Immediate: Your incisions will be covered with dressings, and you will feel swelling and tenderness in the area. 

First Week: Your swelling will start to resolve, but avoid heavy exercises and do not stretch your muscles. 

First Month: Your swelling will diminish and incisions ites will be healed. The final contour becomes visible with time. 

Receipt Site:

Immediate: Your area will be tight and swollen.  Do not put direct pressure on the area. 

First Week: Swelling will decrease, but make sure to follow your surgeon’s instructions regarding movement and positioning. 

First Month: The majority of swelling will resolve. Remember that 100% of fat will not survive. Avoid significant weight fluctuations during this time.
